At YETI, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and keep you informed every step of the way. Below are the key details about order processing, shipping times, costs, and locations we serve.

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Shipping Delivery Times

After processing, standard shipping within the United States usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. This time frame applies to deliveries including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses (APO/FPO).

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is available to selected countries; please check at checkout to see if we deliver to your location.

Shipping Costs

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $40.
For orders under $40, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your shipment. If tracking does not update within a couple of days, please be patient, as carriers can sometimes delay scans.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check around your property carefully since carriers occasionally leave packages in hidden or unexpected spots. If you still cannot find it, contact YETI through our store contact page for assistance.

International Orders

For international shipments, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international packages can vary depending on customs clearance.

Custom Orders

Personalized and custom products require additional time to prepare and ship, typically 1-2 weeks. Please note these orders cannot be expedited, and delivery may take longer during peak seasons.
