FAQs

What makes your products different?

We over-engineer everything. Our tumblers use double-wall vacuum insulation and kitchen-grade stainless steel. Our hard coolers have up to three inches of insulation and a freezer-style gasket. That's not marketing — that's why our gear holds up when other stuff doesn't.

How long does ice last in a hard cooler?

It depends on a lot of things: ice quality, how much you use, outside temperature, whether it's in direct sun. But generally, our rotomolded coolers hold ice for days. Some people report ice still going strong after 48 hours in real-world conditions.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?

Yes. Both the tumbler and the MagSlider lid are dishwasher safe. Just make sure the lid is fully dry before you put it back on.

Can I put hot drinks in my tumbler?

Absolutely. They're built for both hot and cold. Just be careful — the outside stays cool to the touch, so you can't always tell how hot the contents are.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Most drinkware and hard coolers come with a 5-year limited warranty. Soft coolers and bags typically have a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or damage from misuse.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Reach out through our website's contact page and we'll walk you through it. Have your proof of purchase and photos of the issue ready.

Do you offer customization?

Yes, on many products. You can add text or logos to select tumblers, bottles, and coolers. Custom orders take 1–2 weeks to ship and can't be returned unless they arrive defective.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We process orders fast, so the window is short — about an hour after you place it. After that, the order is already in the warehouse and can't be changed. If you miss the window, you can still return the item once it arrives.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are available on our site. They're valid for three years from the issue date and can be used in full or as partial payment.

How should I clean my cooler?

Warm soapy water and a soft cloth work for most messes. For tougher stains, a little baking soda paste helps. Don't use harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing pads — they can scratch the surface.
