Returns Within 30 Days

At YETI, you have 30 calendar days from your purchase date to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. If this period has passed, we cannot accept your return.

Start Your Return

Do not send returns to the address on the product packaging. Instead, begin by contacting us through the YETI website’s contact page. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Opened consumable items due to safety concerns.

If Your Item Is Damaged or Wrong

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately via the contact page on our website. You may choose either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5-10 business days to show this refund in your account.

Exchanges

YETI does not provide direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product within 30 days and place a new order for your desired item.
