We got started back in 2006 because two brothers were tired of gear that couldn't keep up. Roy and Ryan Seiders grew up hunting, fishing, and spending every spare minute outdoors. They kept running into the same problem: coolers that cracked, leaked, or just plain gave up after a season or two. So they built their own.
The first cooler they made was rotomolded — a construction method borrowed from whitewater kayaks. It was heavier, tougher, and more expensive than anything else on the shelf. But it worked. And that's been the whole idea ever since.
We've grown a lot since those early days. Today our lineup covers way more than coolers. We make tumblers that keep coffee hot through a morning commute and iced tea cold through an afternoon of yard work. We make soft coolers that fit in a kayak or on your back. We make bottles, mugs, jugs, bags, and a bunch of other stuff designed to survive real life.
Here's what hasn't changed: we still over-engineer everything. Our Rambler tumblers use double-wall vacuum insulation and kitchen-grade stainless steel. Our hard coolers have up to three inches of insulation and a freezer-style gasket. That's not marketing fluff — that's why a Tundra can hold ice for days in the summer heat.
We test our gear hard. If something doesn't hold up, it doesn't ship. And if it does ship and something goes wrong, we stand behind it with warranties that actually mean something.
We're not for everyone. Our stuff costs more. But it lasts longer — sometimes forever. And we think that's a fair trade.
